About Human Fitnetics LLC.
Where Exercise Meets Healthcare
At Human Fitnetics LLC, we specialize in in-home and virtual Exercise Physiology services designed to transform your body, health, and lifestyle—safely and effectively. Whether you’re an every day person, an athlete, pregnant, recovering post-physical therapy, or managing a chronic condition, our mission is to guide you toward your healthiest self with science-backed, personalized programs.
We work with both healthy and clinical populations, as well as kids and youth. We offer expert guidance rooted in the science of how the body responds to physical activity and exercise. Exercise Physiologists (EPs) are medical professionals trained to assess your health history, lifestyle habits, and behavior in order to create the safest and most effective exercise plan tailored specifically to you.
We believe exercise is medicine—and our work reflects that. We proudly collaborate with medical professionals, including physical therapists (DPTs) and physicians (MDs) across the country to integrate physical activity into clinical care and promote long-term health outcomes. Our team specializes in working with special populations, including individuals with chronic conditions, pregnant clients, post-rehabilitation patients, older adults, and more—ensuring every program is safe, effective, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

What my clients say

"I really liked your approach to training - that it could be more gentle and sustainable than a lot of other people make it out to be. It also felt very personalized, and I loved that you work from the home so someone can find out how to work out in their own environment. I think that's really important."
Zazie Beetz
Actress Atlanta, Deadpool 2, The Joker

"As a former elite athlete I've worked with lots of trainers, but Becca really knows what she's doing! She's very attuned to the physiological aspects of training so that every workout is designed to accommodate (and strengthen) old sports injuries and those smaller "balance" muscles that we don't often train conventionally. She's great! You won't be disappointed!"
Bryan Amaral

"So lucky I got to have you as my fitness coach for two years of college softball! Got me mentally and physically stronger!!"
Katlyn Lloyd
D2 Softball Athlete, 2X All American, Female Athlete of the Year 2019, Player of the Year 2019 & 2020, Most Home Runs in a single season (28),1st team All-Region 2019

"My husband and I trained with Becca in preparation for our wedding. She really listened to what we were looking for and came up with tailored plans to meet our fitness goals. Each week she mixed up our training routines in order to continue to challenge us and make the workouts fun. She is always upbeat, positive and reliable which helped to motivate us and make the sessions more enjoyable. We highly recommend working with her!"
Andrea S.

"My spouse found Becca through Facebook and gifted me four sessions for my 50th birthday. Those four sessions have turned into many more, as I continued with her when I saw what a difference a weekly, consistent training from a fitness specialist could make, especially when it's tailored to your level and goals. Becca takes personal training up several notches; not only is she a good coach and motivator, she's highly skilled in exercise science and fitness, with the degrees to back her up. She's also a lot of fun to work with, which makes a difference for motivating you and keeping you on track. I highly recommend working with her if you're able; you'll see the difference."
